End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
COPYRIGHT INFORMATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CLAUSE
The following forms a binding legal agreement between you, the end user, and ABI Thoroughbreds. If you do not agree to the terms of this section do not download, install or use the software.
ABI Thoroughbreds hereby grants to you the right to use one copy of TesioPower on a single computer.
TesioPower is the copyright property of ABI Thoroughbreds. You may not copy or otherwise reproduce in any way any of the information, programs, materials or equipment supplied by ABI Thoroughbreds. All product names, copyright, trademarks and registered trademarks are hereby acknowledged by you.
ABI Thoroughbreds accepts no responsibility for loss or damage caused either directly or indirectly through the use of any of the information, programs, materials or equipment supplied.
ABI Thoroughbreds cannot guarantee that any data supplied with TesioPower is without error.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall ABI Thoroughbreds be liable to you for any damages whatsoever, be they direct, special, consequential, indirect or similar damages, including any lost profits, arising out of the downloading, installation, use of or inability to use TesioPower or any data supplied therewith even if ABI Thoroughbreds or anyone else has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed any further. You must return ALL materials you received to ABI Thoroughbreds immediately. Your further use of TesioPower is not permitted.
THIS AGREEMENT IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM.
Uninstallation
To remove TesioPower 10 from your computer.
1. Open Control Panel, click Programs and then click Programs and Features.
2. Select TesioPower 10 on the list and then click Uninstall at the top of the
list.
